I don't understand why we are all so cruel to each other. Why is it that the funniest people are those who are the best at making fun of everyone else? Even though they are being degrading to everyone around them and potentially hurting those around us, we all find it absolutely hilarious.
Why is it perceived that the only way to gain success is to be a self centered, heartless person?
Why do large businesses have such a terrible reputation (and track record) for mistreating their employees in order to gain a slightly larger profit margin. Is the quality of life of a human being really worth so little?
Why is it hilarious to men to degrade women? Do they need the ego boost? I don't understand what is so hilarious about "Eskimo brothers" or measuring a woman's worth on her cup size and all the other shit in that same category. I do find it offensive when I am told the only reason I am successful is because I am a female. I do find it offensive when people insinuate that women have used their sexuality to get to where they are when they have no grounds to do so.
Why do people cheat instead of stepping up and addressing their feelings of discontent. Why do ex girlfriends lash out at previous girlfriend that they don't know and had nothing to do with the break up? Why do current girlfriends hate the thought of all the ex girlfriends so much?
Why do we have a desire to lash out and hurt the people we care about when they anger us? Why do we have any desire to hurt someone we care about? It doesn't make sense. No good comes out of it.
I have been really disappointed in a few people that at one point in my life, and I truly don't understand what possessed them to act the way I did. I know that I am no better. I have done plenty of immature and hurtful things in my day. I just don't understand why we all have to act this way.
Yes, I realize this blog might be a slightly hypocritical, biased, and immature, but hey, its my blog suckers.
